More Ways to Give
Employer Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the rest. Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
Planned Giving
Planned giving is any deferred gift intended to benefit the future of the Swarthmore Public Library. There are a variety of financial arrangements that will allow you to make a planned gift.
- Bequest in Your Will: You may make a bequest of cash, stocks and bonds, real estate, personal property, or a percentage of your estate.
- Life Insurance: You may designate the Library as beneficiary on your insurance policy or transfer the policy outright.
- Individual Retirement Accounts: You may designate the Library as beneficiary of all or a portion of your account.
- Trusts: A trust may be established to benefit the Library now or at a later time.
- Annuities: You may make an outright gift to the Library and receive annuity payments until a specified time in the future.
